Hi, I’m Adriana Figueroa, proud founder of the Miami Dachshund Club!

I can’t express how grateful I am to see our amazing community grow—not only in fun but also in support for dachshunds and their loving families. My journey with these wonderful pups began when I met my first Doxie, Luna, and it was love at first sight. Since then, my family has grown to include two more beloved dachshunds, Prince and Benito, who fill my life with endless joy.

A bit about me—I’m originally from Cartagena de Indias, Colombia, and I moved to the U.S. at 21. I’m also a proud mom to a beautiful daughter. This community has truly become my second family, and I’m passionate about creating, planning, and organizing every event we have. From meetups to helping dogs in need, it’s all done with so much love.
